Return Policy

We love our products and our hope is that you do too; however, we understand that sometimes it is necessary for a return or exchange. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our sleeves after 30 days, just send them back! Phantom honors a manufacturer’s defect policy against ripping of the stitching up to six months after purchase. Please read our important return/exchange policy before making any purchases.

Conditions of returns

If you change your mind about your purchase within 30 days, Phantom is happy to a full refund or exchange of the item. After 30 days, if the product is in new condition, unused, unopened and unworn a return or exchange will be accepted.

Items must be returned within 30 days of original dispatch.

How to return items?

When returning items, please remember to include original packaging slip and explanation of return in writing. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs excluding the shipping cost for the replacement item, if applicable. Please place item wishing to be returned in original packaging and address package to:

Upon receipt of the returned items, credits to the original account of payment will be processed within 7 working days.

** IMPORTANT***– Phantom takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.
